The biggest challenge was to get out of my head and start this business. It was all planned in my head but it took me a while to gather the courage and start something, I didn’t know how to.

Can you tell us what type of business you run and how long you've been operating this business?

I help people feeling lost in their lives to feel connected to themselves and fall in love with life again. I started these online life sessions three months ago.

Can you share with us some details about how you got started in the Life Coaching Industry?

I come from a place when I was hurting inside and I couldn’t understand where all that hurt was coming from. I begged God in the middle of the night to heal me. Healing has been a gradual process after that. I learnt a few life lessons the hard way. When I overcame the trauma I had been carrying and understood what life is all about, I wanted to be an elder sister to those going through similar pain. That became my life purpose and I wanted to genuinely help people with life. I started my journey of helping people fall in love with life by writing a book called, “Pause, Heal and Love again”.

If you've had some challenges and roadblocks along the way, Can you share with us what some of those challenges have been in regards to starting or running this business and how you overcame them?

The biggest challenge was to get out of my head and start this business. It was all planned in my head but it took me a while to gather the courage and start something, I didn’t know how to. I started my journey by writing a book, “Pause, Heal and Love again”. But it was a slow and gradual process. I took baby steps, I wrote one chapter at a time, self-reflected and kept moving forward. It was after the unexpected appreciations and positive feedback I got from the book, I decided to teach the secrets of life to people who needed it. One thing led to another and today I am glad that many people feel connected to me and my story.

Let's talk about the services you offer, who do you help, and how do you help?

I offer two models of services, one is, one is to one coaching calls where I listen to the story and help them with life. Another one is a group coaching for a course called, “Loving, again”. In this course I take my mentees from being hurting to being in love with life again.

How many clients have you helped to get results over the years? What has motivated you to help so many clients?

I have helped around 20 people so far in a span of 3 months. The smiles on their faces and the happiness that comes after helping is beyond measure and that is what motivates me.

With all that you've accomplished so far, did setting goals contribute to your success so far?

Yes. However, setting unrealistic goals didn’t help me. What helped me was setting small yet achievable goals. Taking baby steps towards my vision and keep going towards it helped me.

What is the biggest obstacle that you have overcome in your own life?

There was a time when I felt completely disconnected from myself and disoriented in life. That time I was hurting and to get back to being connected and in love with life and one self was a beautiful journey. That was my biggest obstacle and I overcame that with grace.

Here at GoalSetters, we like to say " A Goal Without A Plan is Just A Wish", what's your advice on the best way that people can go about accomplishing the goals that they set?

In closing, for those that may require your services or may need mentorship, how can they connect with you?

You can connect with me through my instagram page, @vridhisahuofficial.

Thank You.
