I realized I needed to work on myself in order to help others. And that’s what I did. I mentored thousands and learned more about myself and what exactly I would be able to endure as an entrepreneur.

Founder: Motivition speaker & author

Can you tell us what type of business you run and how long you've been operating this business?

I run a human behavior consulting company in the life purpose space. I have been operating for a couple of years and love helping people with finding their  “a-ha” moments.

Can you share with us some details about how you got started in the Human Behaviorism and Motivational Speaking Industry?

I got started simply because I’m an entrepreneur and I know that in order to be a great one you need an unrelenting mindset, so I’ve been studying human behavior since I was a kid. It’s always an ongoing conversation from within when it comes to human development. All our answers are within us; I help folks ask different questions about their lives and goals to help them find those answers.

Motivational speaking was inspired by my battle with lung cancer. I was a 9/11 responder so I use my voice as a patient advocate and inspire humans to seek their greatness. We’ve all been born with a gift. I’m showing the world mine so they can show theirs.

If you've had some challenges and roadblocks along the way, Can you share with us what some of those challenges have been in regards to starting or running this business and how you overcame them?

Sure. In the beginning I mentored and spoke for free. I think most do in this industry, just to gain some experience.

I realized I needed to work on myself in order to help others. And that’s what I did. I mentored thousands and learned more about myself and what exactly I would be able to endure as an entrepreneur.

What would you say is the biggest lesson that you have learned about business?

That it’s 24/7/365; it never sleeps when you are in a global environment, therefore you had best adjust your sleeping schedule accordingly.

What is your core area of expertise as a motivational speaker? Why do you think people connect well with you?

My area of  expertise is in standing up more times than I’ve been knocked down. I have to lead by example.

I really believe that people connect with me because I help them find their truth. And with truth comes pain. I help with the uncomfortable moments people go through when searching their truth. It’s very humbling, on both sides.

Who inspires you? Do you have anyone that has been a highlight in your journey of motivational speaking?

My wife and daughter inspire me to be a better human. I’ve put them through a lot while being sick for almost a decade. The unconditional love they’ve shown me while taking care of me will always leave me in awe.

Someone who has helped me along the way would be Mr. Les Brown. I had the opportunity to be mentored by Mr. Brown. I believe he is one of the best Orators on earth and he has shown me a lot.

With all that you've accomplished so far, did setting goals contribute to your success so far

Absolutely. I write and rewrite goals daily, then study them and make the necessary changes when needed.

There’s always some kind of course correction along the way to achieving them. I’ve learned you really shouldn’t be rigid when mapping out your goals.

Here at GoalSetters, we like to say " A Goal Without A Plan is Just A Wish", what's your advice on the best way that people can go about accomplishing the goals that they set?

Always celebrate the small incremental wins. Most times humans look at the grand goal and don’t realize that it’s the small steps that get us there.

In closing, for those that may require your services or may need mentorship, how can they connect with you?
