Can you tell us what type of business you run and how long you've been operating this business?
Our company is about empowering small businesses by providing the right technological tools. We will officially launch the platform to the public in the fall of 2021.
If you've had some challenges and roadblocks along the way, Can you share with us what some of those challenges have been in regards to starting or running this business and how you overcame them?
The situation around COVID-19 certainly affected the way we went about creating the company and platform in the last year. It forced us to put more emphasis on surrounding ourselves with the right people and ecosystem for continued success. Creating the connections was more challenging with the pandemic, but it also ended up being more rewarding and we’re very proud of where we now stand in that regard.
Let's talk about the platform you offer, who do you help, and how do you help?
We help businesses bring their products or services online, in a simple and compelling way in order for them to reach more people and drive their sales forward. Therefore, our platform provides the necessary tools for entrepreneurs to showcase their products and/or services, but also includes a CRM to gather and manage all client’s information, and an invoicing tool for quick and easy payment processing.
What's your best advice for those that desire to improve their workflow efficiency?
Our whole approach was to design the simplest yet most efficient machine, in which one could quickly integrate their business and have their service offer reach more people, more effectively. I say machine because we want our clients to focus on what they do, while the machine of their business runs itself.
With all that you've accomplished so far, did setting goals contribute to your success so far?
Setting goals has been a major part of our continued growth. They allow us to project ourselves in the future, track what’s happening in the present and assess all past events in order to constantly improve.
Here at GoalSetters, we like to say " A Goal Without A Plan is Just A Wish", what's your advice on the best way that people can go about accomplishing the goals that they set?
We break down goals into daily tasks. To do so, it forces you to really comprehend the meaning of your goal and all that it entails. We believe that this part is the most important, because once you have broken down goals into a series of steps, all that’s left is executing.
