My biggest challenge was leaving my corporate job which gave me financial security, taking a leap of faith, and moving from Europe to Indonesia to work full time on my business. I had to learn how to build a website from scratch, learn about digital marketing, managing my budget and settling down in a new country.

Can you tell us what type of business you run and how long you've been operating this business?

I’m a Mindset Coach, I work with people who want to overcome self-negative beliefs and free themselves from their minds so they can create a life that they love. I’ve been operating my business for about 1 year.

Can you share with us some details about your area of focus and how you got started in the Mindset Coaching Industry?

I combine spirituality and mindset modality techniques to help people become more self-aware, overcome self-limiting beliefs, and access their inner power to achieve their goals.

My personal experience inspired me to embark on this journey as I was a victim of narcissistic abuse for 10 years. I was also stuck in corporate jobs which made me feel unhappy and unfulfilled.

After a great deal of inner work, I was able to heal and create a life that I love by using these techniques. I’ve invested in myself and learned new skills. From a broken, anxious, fearful girl, I transformed into an empowered woman who left her home country to start a new life on the other side of the world managing her own business. So now I’m paying it forward. I’m also writing a book called: ‘Let The Light Shine Through Your Deepest Wounds’. The book is about my story to inspire people who are going through the same struggles and help them move forward.

If you've had some challenges and roadblocks along the way, Can you share with us what some of those challenges have been in regards to starting or running this business and how you overcame them?

My biggest challenge was leaving my corporate job which gave me financial security, taking a leap of faith, and moving from Europe to Indonesia to work full time on my business. I had to learn how to build a website from scratch, learn about digital marketing, managing my budget and settling down in a new country.

How would you describe your approach to coaching?

I work with positive psychology and spirituality. So mainly I focus on helping my clients identify their self-limiting beliefs, and help them understand where these beliefs come from. Then we can move to changing these beliefs and unhealthy behavioral patterns by using M-CBT, NLP, EFT and other techniques.

For entrepreneurs struggling to overcome the Imposter Syndrome while wanting to grow their business, what’s your best advise?

Imposter Syndrome can really hold you back from moving forward. So it’s important to become aware of the fact that you are the one holding yourself back. Self-awareness is key. When you catch yourself engaging in self-negative talk, shift your focus to your skills and abilities.

Put the negative thoughts away and keep moving forward. Remind yourself that you’ve invested in yourself, and remind yourself about your capabilities and skills that you have to make a successful entrepreneur. Meditation really helps with dealing with negative thoughts!

With all that you've accomplished so far, did setting goals contribute to your success so far?

Goal setting is very important as otherwise you might end up with a set of wishes that never come true. For example, to build my website, at first I used to feel overwhelmed seeing how many things I needed to accomplish. But I used to calm myself down and focus on one task at a time. Otherwise you would feel overwhelmed and just give up in the middle of your project. Step by step I finished my website and was able to move on to the next step.

Here at GoalSetters, we like to say " A Goal Without A Plan is Just A Wish", what's your advice on the best way that people can go about accomplishing the goals that they set?

It’s very easy to get distracted in life so setting small goals that help you get to the big goal is key to keep you motivated.

Celebrating small victories keeps the momentum going especially if you have a long way until you reach your big goal. And it’s important to enjoy yourself along the way. So instead of seeing your tasks as a means to an end, you perceive them as a fun learning experience that is getting you closer to your goal. I like to perceive small goals like a map that take you to your desired destination.

In closing, for those that may require your services or may need mentorship, how can they connect with you?
